With over 20 years of international success in various industries, I am a seasoned and versatile executive who thrives on driving growth and innovation for start-ups, scale-ups, and global companies.
Most recently, as the Senior Director of Global Account Management and Merchandising at Electronic Arts (EA), I led a team of account directors and managers responsible for delivering revenue, profitability, and market share goals across all EA titles and platforms. I also oversaw the merchandising strategy and execution for EA's digital storefronts, ensuring optimal visibility, engagement, and conversion for our products and services.
I am now embarking upon a career transition into advisory services where I hope to help companies formulate actionable commercial strategies, take their global account management to new heights through leadership development and drive Digital Transformation throughout their organisations.
My core competencies include new business development, sales strategy, corporate turnarounds, and leadership, which I have demonstrated in my previous roles at EA, as the Founder of AD Trading, the CEO and Board Member of Exertis Ztorm, and the Global Sales Director of Rebtel Networks.
My mission is to leverage my extensive experience, skills, and network to create value and impact for my clients and their partners, customers, and stakeholders, while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and diversity. I was lucky to work with Anders for 10 years at Electronic Arts in delivering the digital distribution business with Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.
