Most recently, as the Senior Director of Global Account Management and Merchandising at Electronic Arts (EA), I led a team of account directors and managers responsible for delivering revenue, profitability, and market share goals across all EA titles and platforms. I also oversaw the merchandising strategy and execution for EA's digital storefronts, ensuring optimal visibility, engagement, and conversion for our products and services.
I am now embarking upon a career transition into advisory services where I hope to help companies formulate actionable commercial strategies, take their global account management to new heights through leadership development and drive Digital Transformation throughout their organisations.
